this is only a sample of likely agreement terms
- Proposed cost to render services is based upon multirater.com's current understanding of the scope of the project as of some date. Any changes to the scope of this project may or may not require a new or amended proposal.
- Your company will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and legitimacy of the email address and employee names given by your company for purpose of completing the feedback program. Any damages incurred by multirater.com as a result of faulty data will be your company's financial responsibility as determined by multirater.com.
- All data are intended to be collected electronically. multirater.com will, at its discretion, accept a limited amount of surveys in other media.
- Your company will retain all property rights to the survey, employee information, and data analyses, it is understood that multirater.com will be released from maintaining confidentiality upon distribution of data to your company. multirater.com will not use the data for any purposes without prior approval of your company.
- Any travel expenses necessary, at your company's request, will be billed back at cost.
- Your company agrees to participate, within reason, in press or other reference stories regarding the effectiveness of and satisfaction with multirater.com's service and performance.
- Payment terms for services rendered will be 25% due upon commitment and the remaining 75% due net 30 days upon delivery of survey to the web. Initial investment will be fully refunded if multirater.com fails to deliver the survey to the web.
- multirater.com will not be held financially responsible for any potential loss of revenue, either real or perceived, due to the unfortunate outage of the web site due to technical or natural causes.
- Commitment date necessary is 10 days prior to expected feedback program start date.
