Your company will provide:
- Ratee information
- Names and email addresses
- Rater information
- Dictionary of employee names for verification of rater registration by ratees provided in electronic format (optional service - but dictionary required if spell checking of raters is wanted).
- Dictionary of employee email addresses will be required if your company does not use a formula for generating email addresses (i.e., first.last@yourcompany.com) and you do not want to require the ratee to enter the email addresses of the raters.
- 360° Feedback Survey
- Electronic copy of final survey
- User Experience design participation
- Design and improvements of user experience so that the web site reflects the look and feel that your company desires. Integration with other marketing media from the Organizational Development Team should be conducted.
- A liaison from the Organizational Development Team
