about the multi-rater feedback process

This section will be added in the very near future. It has always been expected that the visitors to this site will already know about 360 and multi-rater processes; therefore this section was never implemented. But because of some other writings, this is in process.

How has the 360 been implemented before at this site? Basically we are able to customize our web interface to look and feel like your own site. We know ways to make it appear that it is within your site. We can use your graphics, your logos, your content, etc.

To get started we need the basic components of the 360 from you; these are the survey, the list of ratees, and the content for the letters and interface. If you want to pre-load the list of raters we can do that also. Takes away some of the fun for the ratee of course, but it is your process. To the level that you want demographic analyses, we will either need a dictionary of all the potential raters (and their demographic associations) or to add those questions to the survey.

How do we do it?

Starting with an email list of the Leaders that you intend to be rated, we notify each of those people to start the process. They come to our site and indicate the individuals that they wish to have participate in their feedback. We notify each of the raters and ask them to come to the site to complete your survey on behalf of the Leader. Each ratee and rater are given their own pass code to access the system; therefore no names are sent over the internet and no one can look over some one's shoulder to see who they are rating. After all of a Leader's raters have reported to the site, we send out notification to your Organizational Development Team indicating that the Leader's report is complete. The Leader, along with your Org Team (if appropriate), comes back to the site and accesses their Feedback Report.
A sample service agreement is available for your perusal.
